I have a NEC CDR-83M which has been acting like he was dieing slowly. The
more I use it the worse it works: takes *too* many time to get the CD
directory, fails too many times reading files…
Suddenly this morning I remember one possible reason for this: it might be
dirty inside. I mean the laser lens might be dirty.
I would like to hear from those who have experienced this problem before
and is someone know about a cd-rom laser lens cleaning kit.
