Hi All – I'm looking to purchase a multimedia kit with soundcard, cdrom player, and perhaps speakers. A good selection of cdrom software would also be a plus. I don't need state of the art, but don't want a slow cheap system either. I'm prepared to spend about $1,000. Can anybody recommend their favorite systems (DOS Based)? Much obliged to all. — Bill

What company are you with? I purchased an SBPro about one year ago, and would now like to acquire a CD-Rom drive, but I would also like to upgrade the sound card to 16 bit someday. Do your have a good package to suggest?

Computron is our company. We are a distributor for CD-ROMS and are resellers to the educaton and business markets. We have been in business since 1984. In order to recommend a product, I would need to know what you want to do with the product, budget, etc. As to 16 bit Pro AUdio Spectrum seems the most promising when they get teh bugs worked out. BTW do you have a bunch of money set aside for State of the Art speakers for that system? You're gonna need (or want) it! Frank
