If you mean "GadToolsBox" (not GadTools), it looks for ReqTools V38 (not Req).

Ahh in that case where can I get reqtools V38 from?

I thought GadToolsBox came with it — I can't check now because I'm calling during the highest rate period on this network, but I'll get back to you. I do have the ReqTools V38 distribution archive also, and I think it's online here. If not, I'll upload it next month. (I have 38.810 — anybody have a newer one?)

Jim, "…I'm calling during the highest rate period on this network…" … What network are you using? If you're calling a direct CIS node there is no "highest rate period" — the rates are the same 24 hours a day and upload time is not billed. -sja

I'm afraid I've lost the thread. But if you're talking about reqtools.library version 38.810, it's already here as RQTLS2.LHA, in whichever library is devoted to libraries. If that's not what you're talking about, remind me what it is.

Jim, It was indeed reqtools.library he was talking about. It was not included in the latest GadToolsBox that was uploaded, and the one you refer to (RQTLS2.LHA), is version 37.726 -larry

Sorry, but I just checked and it's 38.803. I must've picked up 38.810 somewhere else. But RQTLS2.LHA is definitely 38.803.

Wow.. this is REAL strange. I had checked my reqtools.library, in LIBS:, and then the one I downloaded in RQTLS2.LHA, using the version command, and found it to be version 37.xxx in each case. I just checked now, and find that I do indeed have version 38.803 I think probbaly what happened is that the version I had loaded overrode the one on disk when the version command executed. I have since rebooted, and now they all show up as 38.803 Sorry for the confusion. -larry

John, Reqtools.library comes with the GadToolsBox distribution. I just checked, and the version of reqtools.library that was included is the correct one (38.810). –dds (…on AutoPilot)
