Today I talked to NewTek's technical support line–in particular the engineer known as "Bob". I told him about the dealer that is advocating moving the BNC connector so that the board may be installed in the A3000. He told me that "This action will void the warranty on the Toaster". So, there you go. Dave? Any comments? -mark=

But did you ask if you moved the connector back to its original position that the warranty is restored? 🙂

I think Dave's logic hinges upon the user NOT telling NewTek of the modification. A great suggestion from your friendly dealer . . . NOT! Keep On Toastin' Erik Flom

Did you ask him about product for the 4000? About updated versions of Toaster software, any other questions we'd like answered? Chris

I asked NewTek about Toaster for the A4000 and they told me nothing has been decided yet. I have no news to report. -mark=
