I can't rember who asked about the VTEST.FLC test, but I just downloaded it and
ran it on my Diamond Viper 2mb card and it tears like crazy. Anything else you
want me to try?

Hi Robert. Vtest is my little monster. I'm trying to get someone
interested in doing something about this problem. I really don't
care who figures it out. I'm just frustrated that this is not my own
field of expertise.
Gee, I wish I could help you more. I played VTEST off of a RAM disk
with the Viper and sure enough, it really looks poor. Have you tried
doing any kind of motion blurring with it?
