I did read, in that same PC Magazine article, that the Packard Bell support
center in Chatsworth, CA was destroyed in an earthquake. Since then, they have
a new support center somewhere in Colorado and supposedly have a staff of 700.
Probably the transition of the support center and timing of the survey killed
Packard Bell's grades. We'll see how well they do same time next year.
