Jerry, I did read, in that same PC Magazine article, that the Packard Bell support center in Chatsworth, CA was destroyed in an earthquake. Since then, they have a new support center somewhere in Colorado and supposedly have a staff of 700. Probably the transition of the support center and timing of the survey killed Packard Bell's grades. We'll see how well they do same time next year. Regards, John Chang
