Missing Backslash on BB

I just upgraded to a 3000T and after installing my 286BB with new Janus 2.1 s/w I noticed that I have lost my backslash ( \ ) when in PeeCee emulation. I reinstalled the s/w to no avail. I thought that perhaps the KEYBOARD.SYS might be the answer but it only crashes the system. Enforcer has been installed but I didn't install CPU. Any ideas? Andrew

Which keyboard.sys and keyb.com are you using. They should be version C. You can find out which you have by typing the keyboard.sys file, at the C prompt type the following command: First place the PCJanus disk in A: a: cd dos type a:keyboard.sys it should display Version C To find the keyb.com version just type: keyb.com It will display what version it is when it is run. If you have not copied these to your dos directory then cd to dos on your boot drive, and then xcopy a:dos Greg Greg Givler – CBMSER Sysop "By the way, don't eat the figs", Lydia, 'I Claudius'

Greg, Actually, I'm not using either keyboard program. The backslash problem went away after I deleted everything and reinstalled the janus system on both the PC and Amiga sides. Should I be using the keyboard programs? Thanks, Andrew
