#A1000 wanted
7 messages in this thread
Hello,
Does anyone have an old 1000 laying around that they want to get rid of for a
reasonable price?
Tom
I have 3 -1000's any one of which I'd be willing to sell. What are you
looking for – a complete system, or just the cpu?

I just need the CPU. I dont even need the internal disk drive. Can you quote me
a price? Thanks.

Gary,
What kind of a price would you give a non-profit college for a severly
underbudgeted tv studio in our COmm. studies dept?
(Our eqpt budget this year was $1000, which is gone… )
Anyway, we're trying to build our own teleprompter, and I think a A1000 would
do the job (or a 500?). I'm a new Amiga user (bo't a used 2000 toaster 2 months
ago), and it seems like the amiga would be a good platform to use to feed a
teleprompter.
If you'd be at all interested (no offense intended), we could give you a tax
receipt for donated equipment. And we would pay shipping.
Let us know if you could assist us.
Thanks.

I've got one I my family was using until I updated it to an A600/hd. What's the
offer?
How about $40? I pay for COD shipping.

Tom
I have one with a supra 20M HD and Microbotics 2M madditinal memory just lying
around. The Amiga itself has a problem that I've never gotten around to fix
(does not boot -green screen) but the peripherals are fine. You can have it all
if you pay shipping costs.
