I have a FLI 320×200, created as a test for an animation it is not for video output but has to stay on PC. Can Anyone tell me how many MBs I would need to create an FLC at the following resolutions: 640×480, 800×600 and 1024×768 The file at 320×200 is about 32 MB. Thanks for any info Christophe-

Chris, 640×480, 800×600 and 1024×768 Assuming the animation at 320×200 is about 32 MB, and the animation will be delta compressed similarly at higher resolutions: 320×200 = 64,000 bytes 640×480 = 307,200 bytes and is 4.8 times more pixels 800×600 = 480,000 bytes and is 7.5 times more pixels 1024×768 = 786,432 bytes and 12.3 times more pixels therefore: (640×480) 4.8 x 32mb = 153 mb (800×600) 7.5 x 32mb = 240 mb (1024×768) 12.3 x 32mb = 393 mb
