I had talked to someone at AutoDesk and was told that they are no longer making CA Lab and didn't have it any longer. Unfortunately, they didn't know what chains it may have been sold to or other stores either. I will ask the question in the retail forum. Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear that. Our distribution of CA Lab meant that we sold only to distributors, and that local computer dealers bought from them. You might find out which distributors we use so that your local computer store (or you!) can call them and ask if they have any old stock. I can't recall: did you take a look at the file CALAB2? File Info for CALAB2.EXE Section: CA Lab/Chaos Contributer: 76703,4204 Size: 200144 Submitted: 24-Aug-89 Type: Binary Accesses: 551 Title: Cellular Automata demo #2 Keys: CELLULAR AUTOMATA CALAB RUDY RUCKER AUTODESK GRAPHICS DEMO .The Rudy Rucker Cellular Automata Laboratory from Autodesk, Inc. .CADEMO.BAT . .This demo runs on any IBM PC/XT/AT, PS/2, or 100% compatible computer with 512KB RAM, MS-DOS/PC-DOS and a CGA, EGA, or VGA color graphics adapter.
