I dont think so.. There is Amazing Computing which manages to deliver
more volume and accuracy. I gave up on AW long ago.. I just got ticked
off with all the fluff and inaccuracy.

No offense but,
AmigaWorld is reguarded as THE Amiga magazine. I agree with you that
there are a few others and I hope they are making a profit so they
can give us another perspective on our favorite computer.
However, if you walk into most computer stores, and if they have any
Amiga magazines at all it would be AmigaWorld. Most magazine
distributors carry AW because of its circulation.
I pick up several other magazines at my company that have Amiga info
in them but generally they are Video specific (ie: Video Maker,
Computer Graphics, VT, etc).

Anyone noticethat November Amigaworld went from a professional
looking solid binding to a flimsy staple back? I seem to recall
another magazine that did that right be fore they went under…
anyone else remember this ".info"?

oh yes i remember it well.. about two weeks after i mailed in my
renewal i heard that no more issues would be coming my way. i really
liked that mag too.
now with renewal time for amigaworld a month away im thinking hard.
know what i mean?
the ONLY redeeming feature is that it lays flat on my desk. Otherwise,
it's junk, period. AmigaWorld and I rarely have had much in common, since
I'm not into DTP, video, art, or games. This has just made it worse.
I guess another mag drops from my purchase list.
