Hi Martin, Had a couple questions for you about Opalvision. 1) I wanted to get my Opal Paint disks updated instead of downloading the updated version. I Called Opalvision and was instructed that I could send in my disks to get them updated. I did so. After sending them it occurred to me that I neglected to put my return address inside the envelope that the disks were in. It was only on the outside of the mailing envelope. So I called a few days later to let someone know this and that person informed me that they did have disks come in for updating and they didn't have the address for it. I gave them him name, address and phone number and he said he would give it to the person handling it. I called after about a week or more to check on it, and like lots of times that I've tried calling all I could get is voice mail. I don't mind leaving a messege on voice mail but I have never received a return call when doing so. Finally I did get through to someone and the disks were still sitting there with all the info. I've called at least once since then to find out what's happening, left a messege on voice mail, again with no response. May be you could shed some light on this. Sorry about the paragraph question. 2)A friend of mine got his Opalvision with the coupon deal. However he never got the coupons and was getting a bit of a run around about it. Was there a deadline that was extended and is it still in effect? I Look forward to your response.

Hello Rick, 1) I'll check up on what's happening with your disks tomorrow. 2) If your friend didn't get the coupons, I'd guess that he didn't send in his registration card. I believe that in order to get the coupons you needed to send in your registration card and proof of the purchase date. If he still has his receipt, he should be able to send a copy of it in with his Video Processor order and I believe he will still get the discount. Martin Boyd, Opal Technology.
