HP Paintjet color inkjet printer with extra ink cartridges and Z-Fold paper for

I'm glad you got them! Hope they help you out. I finally traded my A2000HD for
a Mac. Sad, I had Amigas for so long (since '85), but my business's demanded
more flexibility and the Macs are filling their needs. I STILL don't have to
use Windows!!!

Thanks for the message.
I personaly find Windows somewhat annoying at times, and have grown not to
become dependent on it soley. I still find the command line to be much more
versatile and useful for my needs other than Delrina Winfax Pro which is a
fairly neat program, and of course most of the more high end word pros.
Why couldn't you employ a mac emulator in your A2000?

Probably for the same reasons that you're not running Windows on your Amiga <g>
(or are you?) I had asked about it on a local BBS and got messages like, "Good
luck finding the ROMs," and telling me that it wouldn't keep up with a real
Mac. There were a number of other reasons and when Commodore shut it's doors,
that was the deciding factor. I have 4 businesses and I can't afford to wait
and see if my platform is or isn't going to be supported somewhere down the
line. I weighed all of my options heavily (as I said, I've had an Amiga since
'85) and I decided that the Mac was the right choice for me because it could
accomplish everything all at once and was the next best thing to what the Amiga
had promised to be. So now I've got two Macs and business is cranking along.
I have Delrina FaxPro for the Mac, great software from a great company. They
should write a book on product support. You can't beat 'em!

I have quite a bit to learn about the Amiga format as it is still relatively
new to me.
One thing that I can say is that I personally have no interest in making an
Amiga emulate an IBM. Having a good 486 dx based unit does away with that as
far as my wanting to invest towards items like emplants, and the like. I'd much
rather put these funds toward a toaster or some other such marvelous device
allowing the Amiga to do what it was really destined to do.
