Is the tablet the RF kind or Pressure type? Will the software drivers work on a 4000/040 with WB 3.1? I'll offer $100. if I can use it on my 4000. Jim R. Ollick Using AP from Bergenfield, NJ

The tablet is the "pressure" type. It is the Summagraphics Model 1201. Have not the faintest idea if it works on the Amiga 4000 or not. An outfit called: R & DL Productions, of 40, Liss Rd. Wappingers Falls, New York 12590-1609….. probably can tell you. We used it with our Amiga 2000 (since retired). We have a pro' artist who used it on stuff for cable broadcast. Think she used it with the DeLuxe Paint and similar programs on the 2000. All the best James, Hilary

Jim… I am rather "timid" about selling it to anyone who has not got a good background in Serial operated devices. There are no "baby type" instructions with it – only the main Summagraphics Manual which is written for professionals. Don't get me wrong…. I just don't want to sell the thing and then be bugged by endless questions – complaints etc. In its day it was the best that Summagraphics made… and cost a fortune when we bought it. We originally had it on a SONY computer, and went to a lot of trouble to find the drivers and connections for the Amiga 2000. You may have seen some of the work done on it on one or two PBS programs in the past. All that said, let me know if you are still interested. Hilary

Well… well…. A call from an old friend. It's nice to read you once again Tom. I still praise your products to all and sundry. Montage is in constant use – but has some quite odd characteristics now I am running it with the Toaster in my new Amiga 4000/040. Will most certainly give you a call re the Summagraphics tablet in the near future. All the best Tom, Hilary

Sounds reasonable. Do you have drivers for tablet for both Amiga and DOS platforms? (One of the ads I read mentioned both…and I use both daily….) Call me at 501 321-1198 or leave your contact info. I have Airborne Express account and prefer to ship that way… CONTACT me As soon as possible. Thanks – Jaxon Crow 72253,3364
