Does anyone know anthing about softwarefor workstations called Ideas? If so is
it possible to convert a 3D solid model into anything 3DS can use. Maybe by way
of ACAD.

SDRC I-DEAS can export several different formats, including Wavefront, IGES and
stereolithography, depending on which optional packages they've purchased.
You'll need to ask which formats they can handle, then we can go from there…
