Hi, I'm looking to purchase a Pentium 90 MB and noticed a number of Dual Pentium cards coming out. I want to know if anyone has one running 3DS. I understand that the multiprocessors only work with Windows NT, OS 2, etc. I am a full-time Windows user, but I don't like slowing 3DS down to run under Windows. I want to know if by using a Dual Pentium if 3DS will run at full speed as a Windowed DOS app inside Windows NT, while the other processor can be used to run other Windows programs simulenously. And/Or can I run 2 copies of 3DS at once under Windows NT at or near full speed??? Since the Dual Pent cards costs nearly as much as buying 2 single cards, I want to know what is more cost effective? I realize that RAM will have to be shared, I am looking to get 32 meg minimum (if I can afford it, 64 meg). If anyone has tried this, please let me know, Thanks… Ameya

James, I don't think 3ds will run as a DOS app under Windows NT at all. It will run as a DOS app under Windows 3.1x etc.

3DS will not run under NT at all, and it is not set up to run under a dual processor setup on its own (DOS), so dual processors is not going to help there. John Tissavary (LUNA cie, inc)

No, it will not run under Windows NT (unfortunately.) However, it does run under OS/2, so if you wish to do so, it is possible. (I have a dual set, and I am going to try this under OS/2 myself.)

To all that replied, thanks for the advice. And Dan, when you have tried it under OS/2 let me know what happens and thanks again
