I am wondering if anyone can tell me if the Okna Desktop Set PIM's dialer can be used on a multiline Merlin telephone system or is it used strictley for single line phones? Thanks a bunch!

Rick, No, DTS will only work with a stand alone telephone line. Marisa, Okna Tech Support

Marisa, I use an analog to digital converter which plugs in between the modem and the handset on my Norstar phone set. They are advertised to work on any digital phone, and I think the Merlin is even mentioned in their literature. I'll get the brand name when I get in to work tomorrow and post it again (we had some discussion on it here in the forum several months ago). I really SHOULD be able to remember the name, but somehow it's eluding me – too much stuff in my brain this week. 🙂 Tom
