#DTS crash

For the past few days, I've been getting a DTS crash every time I try to print
a weekly schedule, or a combo folder (which prints a weekly schedule).
CALENDAR.EXE gets GPF at 0032:0709
I've tried running the file doctor from inside the phone program, and I've
re-installed all the programs from the distribution disks.
Please let me know what other info you need to diagnose this. I'm very
frustrated
at not being able to do something I've been doing for months.

It sounds like the weekly schedule print setup file has gotten corrupted. Go
to your desktop directory and rename "dtsfweek.tpl" to "dtsfweek.old". Open
the Calendar and go to "File/Print setup/Week-at-a-glance" to set up your print
options again. Then try printing the weekly schedule. FYI, Running file
doctor only repairs Address Book databases.

I've renamed DTSFWEEK.TPL to DTSFWEEK.OLD. The print options
seemed to still be set – nothing had changed… and the print still crashes.
Another strange symptom – the starting date in the week-at-a-glance
only has room for 9 characters, so today's date shows as 10/11/199 and
the print routine complains about an incorrect starting date.
Dear Ed:
The template file for week at a glance is DTSWEEK.TPL not DTSFWEEK.TPL.
(Confusing, huh?) Try renaming that one to see if it solves your problem.
You have the century option selected in your Control Panel/International/Date
format… section. You will need to remove this option to avoid this problem.
This conflict has been reported to development.

You were absolutely correct. I had teh century option selected in the
control panel. I disabled it and the crash went away. I don't think the .TPL
files had anything to do with it.
