I'm wondering if it were possible to redefine the keyboard assignments. I
would like to have the ' on the `-key, you understand??
So, is there a program to change the assignments of the keyboard ? If so,
where?

I think you ought to take a look at a program called EditKeys
(current version 1.61). This program allows you to build or edit a
KeyMap which can be used by AmigaDOS. It should let you accomplish
exactly what you want to do.
