If, by "library", you mean something with a name like xxx.library, then it
belongs in LIBS:
But I wonder if you are still referring to the collection of printer drivers
that you couldn't find earlier on your floppy disks. If so, I don't know how
they would get in LIBS:, but they don't belong there .. they should be in
DEVS:PRINTERS.
