still working in C, can't get this working. can anyone help?
linking a hunk.o with the program.o in SASC 5.1 (on this machine 6.5 on the one
at home)
the command
blink lib:c.o,program.o,hunk.o to program lib
lib:lcm.lib,lib:lc.lib,lib:amiga.lib
the error

I am less familiar with 6.5 (working on it, but am having problems with the
prototype stuff (openlibrary, close…etc.)

Alex,
It looks like you have a really huge file, or that you are linking in a
LOT of code from a library somewhere.
You need the CODE=FAR option on V6 or the -b0 option on V5. When you use
these options, you'll need to make sure to link with the "nb" versions of the
libraries. With V6, you can accomplish this most easily by linking with the
SC command and providing the CODE=FAR option when you do it. With V5, you
can also link with LC (although it's not as nice as SC), or you can hand-code
the library lists.
This stuff is covered in both the V5 and the V6 manuals, although it's a
little easier to find in the V6 manuals. In V6, check the Library Reference
Manual, one of the first few chapters.
