#AAPlayer licensing fees

[line 8] Hi. I'm using MMToolbook to author a project for a client.
they want animation in it, and I use AA Pro. This project will be
sold to their clients and is not a giveaway. Question: Toolbook
requires either calling MCI commands or using an MMPlay command to
get .flcs and .avis to play. I will need to enclose the AAPlayer
and/or Video for Windows player in order for .flcs and .avis to play
in runtime from within Toolbook. Is it all right to distribute the
AAPlayer along with this, or is it necessary to play some type of
licensing fee because the end product will be for sale? I have
another option, and that is to do my flcs and then use numpic to
output them as stills, bring them into Toolbook and use the "flip
pages" command to simulate the .flc playing that way. That would
avoid using AAPlayer altogether. My client will not go for incurring
licensing fees, but I don't want to enclose AAPlayer or Video for
Windows player in this if it's necessary to pay a fee. Please let me

Unless Brian or Nik log in over the week end, you won't hear an
answer.. :-(.. Brian and Nik have been involved with the legal
department regarding just this issue. They should have a clear answer
to give you soon.
Thanks. This is for sale to private customers, it is not for retail
sale. I somehow think that this is an okay thing to do simply because
it's out in the public domain and on so many bbs's for free, but I
want to check first.
