How long are they going to make us wait?
With all the deadlines for selling off C= coming and going I think they
should have a firm, set in stone, can't be delayed, has to be sold by
date.
I think that if they haven't settled this by January 1st, 2000 the Amiga
technology should go into the public domain. ;^)

It would be irrelevant in the public domain even today because of the cost
involved in using the knowledge.

It's pretty relevant to people who are interested in it right now. If it
were PD, CEI could start making them, C=UK could start making them,
Samsung and HP could start incorporating the technology etc. It may be the
only way for it to survive.
