DJ, OK, duh. Got me this time! ;-} Regarding "two fingers" I do recall one Halloween night down in Georgetown, on the Georgetown campus, on the same site where they did the shot of the Priest falling down the stairs in the "Exorcist", some people, were crossing their fingers (one hand). I dunno. Regards, John Chang

Did you see the take-off on The Exorcist? I can't remember the name (one word, catchy title), but it also starred Linda Blair, paired with (who else) Leslie Nielsen as the priest. The staircase scene was pretty hilarious. DJ On AP from Queens, the thrill and excitement of the Big Apple Where a little paranoia keeps you healthy and sane …

DJ, Yes, I do recall that scene from somewhere. Was it "Police Squad" which aired on TV? Or was it "Naked Gun"? You know, I've gotta rent that again sometime. Loved its zany and stupid humor. Regards, John Chang

John, I saw it as part of a full-length movie that was completely a take-off on The Exorcist, and I STILL can't remember the name. It's almost on the tip of my tongue, except I keep swallowing it … Ahh! I just coughed it up (there was actually a three minute pause there) – REPOSSESED is the title. I feel better now <g>. Yeah, I can remember stuff like that, but I can't other more important things. 🙂

DJ, this is what you are thinking of: ************************************* Repossessed US (1990): Comedy/Horror Rated PG-13, Color, 84 minutes Available on videocassette and videodisc Leonard Maltin Review 1.5 stars Repossessed|US (1990): Comedy/Horror Director Bob Logan Cast Includes Linda Blair Ned Beatty Leslie Nielsen Anthony Starke Lana Schwab Thom J. Sharp Review An Airplane-style spoof of The Exorcist, with Linda Blair herself as a housewife possessed anew by the same demon she was rid of as a child. Promisingidea has too few gags, too many targets, and a poor finale. Blair and Nielsen (as the exorcist) are good, but can't support the film all by themselves. Written by director Logan. "Copyright (c) 1993, Microsoft Corp." *************************************** The above is from the MicroSoft Cinemania 94 CD-Rom. Running it on the 386SX bridgeboard. I DO NOT recommend this CD-Rom movie guide. 73, Kelly p.s. I liked the movie, too.

OK, OK! You win the Memory Recall Award! You must either be very young, never did drugs, or happen to have a Movie Guide in front of you <g>. Oh, I see – the CD-ROM version. Yes, it had some excellent laughs, something we can use lots of nowadays 🙂 DJ On AP from Queens, the thrill and excitement of the Big Apple Where a little paranoia keeps you healthy and sane …
