I haven't read through the full article yet, but in the new LW PRO, check out the one by Bill Frawley called "Hair-raising Effects". It might be good for crew-cuts, if nothing else! Sean Hannon Ad Rats – Stamford, CT

I am tweeking around with Humanoid hair. I am taking the texture map approach as opposed to the model-a-billion strands. The only thing I have to do is to get a decent looking hair object. I am working with a sort of dented sphere type of thing. the hair itself looks great.. it's the hairline that is a challenge for now.

>Glen "Stempy of Amblin" Miller It's Stimpy, not Stempy…and is that Glen "Hire Me Amblin!" Miller using the Amblin name in his on-line signature? Did Amblin really HIRE him or is this some kind of sick joke? I better take a look at that list of new-hires….(flip flip flip) oh oh… Here's really here… First, the death of Commodore, now this…How many more signs of the Apocalypse do you need to see to know that the end is nigh… Grant Boucher 1 of 2 Supervising Animators :} – Star Trek: Voyager – Amblin Imaging

My dearest friend Grant, Let me set the record straight for you…. the end came a few months ago when some guy with a French sounding name was hired!! :} I am the new beginning!!! ;} And "Stempy vs. Stimpy"….well, I was just trying to avoid all that messy legal stuff! But for you, oh great one, I will change the spelling of my name just for you!!! Glen "Stimpy of Amblin" (former "Please, oh please, Dear God please, let them know I am alive") Miller "Packed full of vitamin F!" ?exit
