Help ME!!. This would really only apply to people in the UK or Europe. I am looking for a copy of Amiga CU (I Think). It was the one with Imagine V2.0 (No 53 I think) on it. I was given the coverdisk, but I dont have the mag and I want to know if told you how to use it or anything..!!!. I downloaded the two files I found in here and picked up a few things. But I want to know what the mag said. If anyone has a copy of this mag can you tell me please!!!!!. Thanks…….Derrick

It was Amiga Format magazine that gave away Imagine 2.0, quite a while ago now. I can't find the magazine right now. They ran a tutorial series for a few months after the cover disc. Peter Wade Autopiloting from London, England

I have the issue (or at least the pages that contained the Imagine tutorial. I abandoned using the program cause I couldn't figure a way of getting around the PAL display (Degrader didn't seem to work), and my 14 MHz Amiga took too long to render my designs. I'd be willing to send you the pages IF you promised to return them to me after a month or so.

Pete. I look at the coverdisk and then relized it was AF and not CU. I can get it to do simple things but it does take a bitch of a long time to draw it!!!. Ah well….Guess I will have to get Real 3D (Always liked that program….and it was really fast on a 68020). Thanks anyway….Derrick.

++Ah well….Guess I will have to get Real 3D++ Derrick – It just so happens that I have a copy of 'REAL 3D' gathering dust on my shelf – It came with the second hand Amiga I bought. Personally I find it harder work than Imagine so I don't use it. I dont know how current it is – the manual suggests it is version V 1.4.1. but the disks have a 'README' file for version V.1.4.2. – Guess they updade quicker than their manual printers. Is this version any use to you ? If so, make me an offer !! – Cheers, Andy

The Imagine 2.0 coverdisk came with AmigaFormat (not CUA) – The magazine it came with gave a very brief introduction and a couple of walkthrough samles – A basic torus shape mainly from what I remember – They followed this up with extra 'tutorial' pages in the following months of the magazine – about 6/7/8(???) issues. Your probably best of just playing with it :} until you come up with particular problems and then post questions up on the board – This thing is so popular, everyones seems to have it – I loved it until I realised that my artistic flair was registering about ZERO and everything took soooo long to render. Cheers – Andy
