When Sperry merged into Burroughs, I preferred the name "Sparrow Berries". Alas, it just degraded into "Scary".

At least they had the sense not to just hypenate the two names. "B-S" computers wouldn't exactly be a marketing boon. 🙂 MOS via Autopilot & Amiga

Speaking of mergers, did you hear that french conglomerate Le Groupe Bull and german company Siemens came this close to a merger, until a high-level executive realized what the new corporation would be named? <g><g><g> Blaq!
