I'm looking for a board that will perform similar to a Targa+, in that it will
allow a dual-framebuffer (two images) setup to blend or fade between two
images. You could do this on a Targa+ 32 or 64, but I'm looking for other
hardware that can do this as well. I'm also looking for a used Targa+32 or
Targa+64.

I have a Visionetics Viga +64 (full register compatible clone of the Targa +64)
the board has dual frame buffers and can be run by any software which will
control a Targa board.
