Is there a way to attach a selected set of objects to another object? The only way I have found is to attach them one by one… -Tyler

G'day Tyler, I have been through this problem many times, but try this little trick for attaching LOTS of objects together. 1. Select EVERY object you want to attach together including the object to be attached to. 2. Make sure the selected button is highlighted (hit the space bar to toggle on and off) 3. Hold down the Shift key and do a "Modify/Object/Move" If the selected light is on, you will be moving all selected objects, and by holding the shift key, you will be making a copy. 4. When you finish the move you will get a dialog box asking whether to copy to multiple objects or a single object. Choose SINGLE. 5. Make sure the Selected light is still on and do a "Modify/Object/Delete to delete all of the old separate parts. This is the easy way to create one object out of many! -Hope this helps! -Peter

You can select the objects to be attached, and do a create/face/detach. LAM

>I usually do this with the 'H' hot key. Thanks for the reply Bob. This doesn't work since you can't tag multiple items in the object list using the H key.

Tyler: I wasn't trying to imply that you could do all objects at once with the 'H' key. I've gotten pretty used to toggling to do a bunch of operations in a row. Some things are easier to go about selecting with various mouse clicks but with a decent naming convention I am quicker with the keyboard shortcuts.
