#Diamond Stealth Vid VRAM

Howdy,
Are we going to see another set of Vibrant drivers soon? I've upgraded from a
Stealth 64 PCI 4Mb VRAM to a 4Mb Video VRAM, and the old drivers (the ones
posted 7/11) don't support it properly in Rel 4.
On the plus side, of course, the older card locked up Animator Studio, while
the new one works just fine….

Get the latest ones from the Vibrant BBS, they are working for us!

AH, the Vibrant BBS. Actually, I'm pretty close to them and I know some guys
over there. Maybe I can get the files directly. I will one way or another.

Other Topic: Your copy of Make Tracks shipped today via priority mail. Had to
find your biz card from the open house, but it was in the file. You should
have the routines and manual and project files and maps by Tuesday. Thanks
again for the help with network-plus-field testing. You wouldn't want to run
Particles 2 through the same wringer in a coupla weeks, too, would you?
I reviewed Rick Miller's file on forensic animators after my trip to the post
office, so the package went to Pyros Pictures instead of TrialVision. Hope
that's OK.
DOWN WITH ANIMAPS! May your animators never paint skidmarks frame-by-frame,
and may you retire your morphing vertex-intensive trails forever!

I'd be happy to! We now have more rendering capabilities than we can use
ourselves, so outside projects welcome!

That is the best, TrialVision is a division which only handles forensic
animations, our delivery people know Pyros Pictures better!

I wasn't aware the VRAM could be upgraded. How much of a speed improvement did
you notice when you upgraded to Video VRAM? How much did the upgrade cost?
