#Razor to PAR
5 messages in this thread
i have heard that Razor Pro may not render to a 2nd HD driven by DPS PAR.
is this so? i would like to compile a group of animation files on drive D for
instance and render them to a single animation complete with transitions to
the PAR's second, or slave disk using Razor.
i would greatly appreciate any experience anyone has had regarding this>
thanks in advance!
Gary,
I've been able to render to either drive (master or slave) with razor pro. No
problems that I've encountered. My drive are a Micropilis 2210a and a Conner
1275a respectively.

Hi Gary…Razor Pro 2.0 (and soon Speed Razor Mach III) has no problem
whatsoever accessing either PAR drive…
Render away!

Eron,
The latest version of Speed Razor is up and running without any problems,
looks like its time for your first release. The render times on my P90 are
about 3x faster than the Win3.1 version of Razor Pro. Will we have the ability
to read DPS project files in the near future? Are the set of Effects and
Transitions going to be the same in both of your packages (Razor Pro and Speed
Razor). The Play List from DPS has become a very powerful tool and since we are
not rendering the total animation with Speed Razor it saves mega disk space.
