I have been told that there is a utility called NETPWD that can be used to edit
the ACAD.PWD file when it becomes corrupted. I can't seem to locate this file.

It's possible someone might answer you on your NETPWD question as some folks
here use ACAD – but – this is Autodesk's multimedia forum. ACAD is supported on
the ACAD Forum and I know you will get an answer over there. Post it in section
3, NT/UNIX.
