#HELP! Diamond Stealth 64

I just installed a Diamond Stealth 64 2meg video card. Is there a driver for
Animator Pro? I've tried the new UniVBE and it works fine, but only in 320×200
resolution. I use Animatro Pro daily as my main 2D program and usually work in
640×480. I love the new card and would hate to give it up just to use AAPRO.

I could never get Animator Pro to work with my DS64 2Mb. Nor would it work
with the replacement 4Mb. Nor will it work with the DS64 4Mb Video. I tried
various versions of UNIVBE, some other BIOS utilities, and a few creative
solutions. I never had any luck. I tried for a year. Sorry I can't provide
better information.

no need to give it up. go to Diamond's forum here on Compuserve (in the
Graphics vendors forum). they have drivers for higher mode VESA.

Lo and behold, it wasn't necessary to add any drivers. Turned out my monitor
was bad, giving me poor display in DOS/VESA mode.

cause of problems. 🙂
