Dear Bob, I am new in your forum. But I have a beautifull software product. (Developed in my company) My guess is, that every serious user of Autocad 3D Studio would be really interested to use it. I'd like to place into your forum a DEMO version of that product and short description about it. How can I do that ??? The menu option in my wincim when I browsing the library is disabled.. I would really apreciate your help. Thank you.

Boris – I know I've already answered you in email! but here it is again on the open forum. How long have you had your Compuserve account? If it is brand new there is a waiting period while your account is confirmed before you can upload. Also you mentioned in email that you were trying to upload using the Browse command in Library. Uploads are done through the Contribute pulldown on the Library menu (top of your screen). Let me know if this helps. I've also moved your message to our general section out of the technical ones. My Contribute pulldown on the Library menu (top of your screen) is disabled. I have my account with Compuserve about one week only. Thanks.

Boris – I checked how your membership is set up for this forum and it looked fine to me. Post a message to FEEDBACK and find out how long it will take to have your account have full memership priveleges. Shouldn't take longer than a week but with the influx of so many new members, maybe they are behind. Anne

Boris, When I started at Compuserve, they gave me a temporary password. At some point in the near future, you should recieve a letter which gives you your permanent membership and password. After that, you can contribute files. It should be soon, but as Anne said, all the new users are probably making things slow. Good Luck. – Neil
