#SAS icon trouble
9 messages in this thread
greetings… I'm trying to get going with my used SAS 'C' environment and am
having trouble getting the executeable icon to come up. I tried getting out of
the directory and back in. I've reloaded the SAS package and put the patch 6.25
back in. Guess I should go with the 6.35 patch, but I doubt this will clear it
up. Any clues on this? thanks,

Try in the directory "starter_project" to click on the "edit" icon.

greetings… thanks, it's working OK now. I think the problem was that I had
more than one file.c in the directory.
Ever do any C++?
pardon me for butting in, but how did you have more than one file.c in a
directory????

Gee,
I think you may be asking the wrong guy. I haven't played with my SAS C since
they went OOB. The only thing I can think of is to check that the correct
assignments and path settings are being made and the environment variables are
set according to the manual.

greetings…. your initials are interesting to me. My name is also Wayne and my
initials are cwm.
Well, if we formed a company and used our initials it would almost be one of
those watcha-ma-call-its that reads the same forward or backward.
