I keep hearing about Amigaguide and multiview. I would like to get both of these. How can I do this? I have an Amiga 500, wb2.1,3meg ram, and 40mb hd. Will either of these run on my setup and can I download them? I'm new to Compuserve and really to my Amiga although I've had it for quite a while. Please have patience with my stupidity

William >Please have patience with my stupidity< Your question does make sense. I cannot see any stupidity from your part! If you have an A500, wb2.1, just download AmigaGuide (AGUIDE.LHA I think, not sure) from AmigaUser libraries. Multiview needs a 3.1 ROM, which you don't have. You can happily read Multiview documents with AmigaGuide. And you cannot download Multiview legally. Hope this helps Rafa <Motorola Inside> …via AutoPilot 1.80 from Berlin

All the way from Deutchland!! Thanks a lot, I'll give it a try. I know that you can see that I have German ancestry by my name. Well, the patriarch of the Gruber family came from Austria in 1747 and landed in Baltimore Md. Later he moved to Pennsylvania and homesteaded a piece of land. My family still lives in Pa. although I moved to California. A log cabin was still standing and in use (although expanded and modernized on that piece of land. The family doesn't own it anymore. That was in 1953. Thanks again, I'll get back to you.

William Wow! Thanks for all your explanation! But I'm a spaniard working in Germany. And my surname comes from Italy, I think, but I cannot give you that detailed explanation. Best regards Rafa <Motorola Inside> …via AutoPilot 1.80 from Berlin
