I usually consider myself pretty handy when it comes to doing things on the Amiga. However, I have one question that I have never had answered. Please don'T laugh but here goes. When I have a program running, oh, let's say in the WBStartup drawer, and said program opens up a small window(I want this window to be open) how do I get that window to open up in lets say in the bottom right hand corner instead of on top of my icons? I have tried taking a "snapshot" but the next time I boot up the window is back where I don't want it [21;1;586;115! HELP!! The program I'm (currently) asking this question about is EasyRun, but there have been others that frustrate(DClock) Thanx, Ray

I KNOW this is probably something you've already checked, but some programs like that have a tooltype for window position. Something like 'XPOS=" and "YPOS=". Even if it isn't mentioned in the docs, give it a try. Ya never know!

Ray, Does the program accepts TOOLTYPES ??? You could check this out running snoopdos on the background while starting the program… Regards, Juan Ferrin From Belgium with Autopilot
