Hello to everyone at Digimation. First and foremost I would like to congradulate all of you for another excellent product. I have just received my LenzFX2 with Inferno and it looks great. However, there is a small thing which you should know. When the inferno option for Glow is selected, I receive the following error. "Cannot locate LZFXGI.TGA. This is the little icon in the lower lefthand corner of the Glow Inferno screen. I looked in the LenzFX directory and it is not present. No big deal, but if 2.01 is being worked on, then by all means add this image file. Also, Glow with Object,All pixels setting seems to create an edge only effect. Let me know the correct settings for a whole object glow. Thanks for listening. Again, great work! Douglas Drossman Rayz-R-Us

Dude, I'm getting my LenzFX 2 with Inferno tomorrow too. It's good to hear from you that this package is cool, but still kind of worries me about the little problems you are having. So please info me if you get anything back from Digimation. Thanks, dude.

Hi Doug, Sorry about the missing file. It has been posted here on the forum and will be sent to you on Oct.23 along with the 2.01 version. To get a strong center glow when glowing an object you may need to turn the Turbo button off or try the techniques that we discussed on the phone. David – Digimation

I haven't rec'd my upgrade yet. Does this means that you are holding shipments until Oct.23 when the 2.01 version ships. – ej

Hi Ernie, No we're not holding shipments back, you'll just get an updated disk later that's all. We are going through a huge number of upgrades though – so it may take a couple of days to get to you. David – Digimation
