Hi David… I'm hoping you can offer some advice on an effect I'm trying to achieve. The thing is this: I want a light to glow more as it increases in intensity over time. I've been trying to do it with the "L" button, which I think will make the glow follow the luminosity of the light. I can't seem to make it work, however. Is it because the light is animated (it starts off as black, or "0,0,0", and comes up to a color over time)? Thanks in advance for taking the time to reply. Sincerely, Matthew Samia @ Blizzard Entertainment

Hi Matthew, Make sure that your light is not linked to another object. Clicking the L button polls the luminance of the light and makes it the intensity if the flare so you have the right idea. Animating the color of the light is OK. Give me a call on the tech support line and I'll be better able to help you. (504) 468-7898. David – Digimation
