#Rhino and male images
13 messages in this thread
Hello !
I have uploaded a couple of images of models done with MetaReyes 2.0.
(RINO.JPG and HOMBRE.JPG in library 1) .The male belongs to a production and
the Rhino to our demo. Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
-Javi
In the case of the Rhino both the model and its textures will be distributed
free to MetaReyes users.
Hi Javier,
<< hombre..>>
I've got the female and now the male, side by side as by NT desktop wallpaper,
and below them – Kyle's head and the rino, composited as a quad image in R4's
videopost.
I love them all and they're an inspiration to me. Thanks for uploading!

Thanx Jonas,
We only need the little baby to complete the Meta Family!

Javi,
Saw the images – wow – excellent!!!!!
the rhino knocked me on my *ss, –
I will have to get working on my muscle-man, walking, sweating, and flexing –
It's getting closer . . .
congrats on the fine work!
-Kyle
Hello Kyle,
Thanx for the message.
The Rhino model has been done by Concha Garcia (Concha is a girl , if you are
not used to Spanish names) and was textured by Jose Maria.
-Javi

AAAAAAdios…

Hello Francisco. I will answer you in English.Later today I will send you
a private mail (Only spanish, I promise!)
Rhino texture was done in photoshop from elephant and Rhino photos.
I think the male waves you mention are due to high rate jpeg compression.
Regarding MetaReyes texture mapping it is on the test bench now. But
that is gonna be only a SMALL part of the new features of MetaReyes.

New features?. You mean MetaReyes 3.0 or something?.
When?. What features? I'm anxious…

I busted up laughing. Not at you, but at my wife who has no clue to what
Metaballs are. I asked her to come read your spanish note to me and decipher
it.
She said she didn't know, exactly what it said, but it was something about the
distance from the meat balls.
Maybe you had to be there. I thought it was funny.

Ha, ha… :-))
Before all, my apologies for my message posted in spanish. It was only that
speaking spanish with Javier was easier than english for me.
I was referring to a waving look in the legs of the man, perhaps due to
distance from "metaballs". It was not related to meat nor ball's man…:-)
Maybe we could encourage Javier to make a new meat ball modeler… :-))
Francisco.
Spain.
>>Maybe we could encourage Javier to make a new meat ball modeler…
Well Francisco… now that you mention it …
Your message has been for me like a session of psicotherapy. Back in 1981 while
I was in my Military Service I remember perfectly one day I spent making meat
balls in the kitchen (meat balls for thousends!!) . But the worst of it was
that the following day I got a 2 day arrest. And what do you think was the
service they imposed me ? You are right. 2 more days making meat balls.
Thousends and thousends of meat balls!! . This is absolutely true. I remenber
that after these 3 days I tried to make little meat balls of anything that
dropped in my hand, either cigarrets , newspapers …
I thing you traced the REAL origin of MetaReyes! <g>

Then we must thank your sergeant, mustn't we?
This whole thing has made me think of eatable dinos made from meat balls. It
would be a real smash hit in Jurassic's merchandising. 🙂
Francisco.

ROFL!
Wow!
