Paul: >>How would I create a new font set or import one into studio?<< If you mean importing fonts in 3DS as shapes (2D Shaper) then you should use .PFB fonts, since there are a couple of font programs for this format where you can create your own fonts (Fontographer, FontMonger and some shareware) What I usually do is creating all the typework in a Graphics Software (FreeHand, Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW) because it's easier then in 2D Shaper, espacially with font heights. Then I export the layout as .AI files that I can load in 2D Shaper. The only thing left to do is to close each shape by clicking it two times with the move command without moving it. I also have got a freeware for windows that automatically generates nice beveled fonts and saves them as .DXF. I think the file should also be in this forum, otherwise I could u'l it.
