I am out of ISA expansion card slots. Is there a peripheral device which will take a card and plug into a com port? Peter Allen Landeck

Just a thought but if you have an internal modem you can unplug it and buy an external modem. Perhaps you've already done this. Murph'

Yes, unfortunately I have already done so. I can if necessary remove my scanner to make room, or even the network card. Howver, this still wouln't solve the problem. Peter Landeck
