Will you please give him his own library, it really pisses me off to scroll through all his work to find one poco routine…..get real!! Or make sure that all the utils for anipro are in the utils library… Louis. Not a frequent visitor….

>> Will you please give him his own library, it really pisses me off to scroll through all his work to find one poco routine…..get real!! Or make sure that all the utils for anipro are in the utils library… << Louis… welcome to the forum. <g> like any net, it takes a while to learn the ropes. on Compuserve we have many ways to find what we're looking for, whether messages or files. depending on the software you're using to tap into Compuserve, you may or may not be able to find things quickly. Ed Kellerman has been (and continues to be) one of the most innovative people on this forum with the Animator Pro product, and though you may find his many files cumbersome, they have helped a vast amount of people to push AniPro's envelope both at the technique level and the programming level. if you are looking for POCO routines in particular, use your software's Search functions and use POCO as the keyword. this will usually bring up a list of only those files which have information about POCO routines. if you need assistance with WinCIM, DOSCIM, Tapcis, NavCIS or other online softwares to do this, let us know. we'll be happy to help you. -dave

Thanks again for your sound advice 😉 Yes I can use search, I can even read the contents file for the library. I am not knocking E.K's work at all…he has helped me too in showing what's possible with this stuff. I just think that splitting out examples and work files from utils etc would make more sense for the forum….my opinion only! I thank you for your offer of assistance vis a vis WinCim etc, I am quite happy with my tinkering…perhaps your efforts are best put to reorganising the forum and not with training on third party apps <G> Louis PS. Love the forum otherwise!
