>Okay so I'm on the net using AMosaic and interinstall so why is it that I can't get any graphics?< I assume that you tried to load a graphic by clicking on the icon or your setup is "load in current". In this case check wether you have the correct datatypes in libs/datatypes installed. As far as I know it should be GIF. Regards >>>Volker

OK I'll check for GIF in libs datatypes thanks R.Krupka

You need the ZGIF datatype, which is available somewhere here as well as on AMosaic's page. Mr. Zombie

While we're on the subject of GIFs/AMosaic… I get a couple of vertical bars of "garbage" on the right hand side of most every picture. Any explanation for that? Thanks, / / / //ANDRE

>>I get a couple of vertical bars of "garbage" on the right hand side of most every picture. Any explanation for that?<< What bit depth is your AMosaic screen? My only guess is that it's too low to properly display GIFs. Your problem doesn't sound like that, but it's worth checking, anyway. Mr. Zombie

>>What bit depth is your AMosaic screen? My only guess is that it's too low to properly display GIFs.<< Nah, 1024x768x256colors, I think I've got a "bad" GIF datatype??? Version 39.15? I tried MultiView and have the same problem. / / / //ANDRE

The current version is 39.16. Try that, and if that fails, try a 7bit AMosaic screen. I had problems with AMosaic on an 8bit Cybergraphics screen, although of a different kind. Mr. Zombie

PMFBI Paul, Where can I find ZGIF ver 39.16 exactly. I thought I had DLed the latest one from here. I have 39.15. Gracia, on AutoPilot from Cooleemee, NC

ZGIFDT.LHA in amigaarts might still have 39.15. I'll check it out and if so, upload 39.16. Does anyone know what forum and library should I upload it to, though? There are datatypes scattered all over the place. Mr. Zombie

Paul, <Does anyone know what forum and library should I upload it to, though? There are datatypes scattered all over the place.> I'd suggest AmigaUser Screen utilties. Asha @}–,–`–

Andre- >>(still no interlaced GIFs)<< It won't display them? Or it displays them in the wrong aspect ratio? Mr. Zombie
