to all those people who want to write amiga 68060 apps it is now possible through barfly 1.29 assembler it's a 70DM/50 US dollar assembly program for the amiga which has support for 68060 and other things,complete with documentation… and other utilities… Barfly is available at ftp.netnet.net/pub/.aminet/dev/asm/ and at aminet Barfly registered would allow people to write 060 optimised programs now and supports sasc programs have fun it will be uploaded here soon

well a 68060 has more registers,larger than the 040 ones it has 64bit divide/other junkand a 12k mmu page size.. barfly 1.24 is 50 dolloars registered…look at it in the aminet developers/c/ or something similar i'd get it but don't know amiga assembler the demo is prety useless though it only handles 8k files

060 has more and larger registers than the 040? is that cpu/fpu or both? I hadn't heard anything like that before Phill
