Help! I'm trying to connect to Internet. I have downloaded and installed AmiTCPV4.0 and AmiPPPv1.30. When I run it, it dials and I guess connects. I will get the following: LOGIN: root PASSWORD: I don't know what I'm suppose to answer. I tried putting in my CIS password and my CIS id but that isn't what it wants. What am I suppose to enter? I tried to run Mosiac after I start the AmiTCP but I still get the message 'AmiTCP/IP version 3 or later must be started first.' Thanks in advance for any help. Sandra Haggard 74123,1567

Sandra, <Help! I'm trying to connect to Internet. I have downloaded and installed AmiTCPV4.0 and AmiPPPv1.30.> You might want to downloads IINST151.lha and reinstall that way. It will tell you all the software you need, and install it all for you for CIS use with only 8 questions. I haven't actually done this myself (yet) but many have with pretty good results (better than without it, that's for sure!) You also might want to check out the Networking section here in AmigaUser if you run into more problems. Asha @}–,–`–
