Congrats, your just exactly 12 times faster than my local node. Seems the
North pole is always last with the new technology.
38,400 is great. I think it has to do with the speed the packets are pumped
into your machine. The next step up from your modem speed seems to be the
norm.
BTW, if you have an external modem, what seems to be the median throughput
rate? I found another Internet provider shortly after my first CI$$$$ internet
bill. I hang between 24,000 and 26400 all the time. A (PeeCee) friend of mine
can't get above 21,600 with the same provider. Survey Says!
