I am having problems installing a cd-rom in my 2000. I would be thankful for any help or suggestions. I have an A2000, ICD scsi controller, I don't remember the make of the cd-rom and it's hard to get out (if neccessary I can take it out). I have amicdrom1.7, 1.13, 1.15 and have tried all of them. I have two hardives scsi devices 4,6. The cd is set to device 0. When I try to access the drive with list cd0: it give me a not a dos disk in cd0: It is a Fred Fish cd. Using scsi-id it shows Unit #0: ShinaKen CD-ROM DM-3x1S Rev:1.03 Any suggestions? Thanks Stephen A

Stephen, Get a file called AMICD.lha from the librarys here, it will configure your CDROM drive for you, always works for me! (erase or move out of the search path your existing CD0: icon) Steve
