Phill I have a copy of ABasiC, and it will not work with OS 2.9+. Which is to bad because there is a nice game of Cribbage that I used to play. -ash Kyfho

I wonder why it don't work with 2.0, maybe it has been fixed, or you could try booting up with kickstart 1.3 Phill

Phill ABasiC was not been updated, but was replaced with AmigaBasic. For a while I used 2.1 and 1.3 with a ROM switcher with my 2500. Unfortuantly when I upgraded the 2500 with a GVP '040 1.3 stopped working. GVP said 1.3 is incompatable with 1.3. Worse, ABasiC is so different from other Amiga basics that I have not been able to port Cribbage as yet. -ash Kyfho

The 040 would need a bit of help to run 1.3, I am sure there was a degrader that allowed 1.3 to run with an 040, the name escapes me though. Phill
