I'm sorry I wasn't very clear in my message. By "the real thing" I
meant the official books from Commodore/Amiga. I assumed that Addison-Wesely
was the publisher of those official books. I was (am) afraid that I would end
up buying the same books twice.
On another subject:

I tried FORTH, but it doesn't seem to fit with my way of thinking. I tend to
take my baggage with me when I travel, and FORTH methods would dictate that I
have to send it on ahead before I even decide where I'm going.
